Payment

You may pay by check, money order, purchase order, or by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  We are using PayPal this year to collect credit card payments.  Checks, money orders or purchase orders should be made payable to Southern Placement Exchange. Business Offices should be given sufficient time to process payment prior to your arrival.  Without payment confirmation you will not have access to the website.  We encourage you to frequently check on the progress of the request.

Personal checks are accepted as payment from both employers and candidates for your registration.  Personal checks returned for insufficient funds will delay your registration until proper payment is made. Once you receive the confirmation email you will have access to the web site, including being able to edit any information you submitted, arranging interviews, and viewing listings.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 nonrefundable processing fee.  Refunds will only be made for cancellations received before Friday January 11, 2008. All checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $15.00 charge.

Please note: If you have a suite at the Holiday Inn and you use it for interviewing you can decorate it. Please do not affix things to the walls and use the same rules that you would on your campus.

Also, we ask that you not stuff candidate boxes with promotional items – please hand these items out when candidates interview with you.
