Payment

The registration fee for candidates is $40 and $50 after Friday December 21, 2007. This fee includes your personal listing, one mailbox number, position listing access online, subsequent updates distributed at the Placement Exchange and online, meal tickets, Southern Placement Exchange Institutional Reception, and other Placement Exchange-related services.

Payment/Confirmation
You may pay by check, money order, purchase order, or by Visa, Master Card, or Discover.  We are using PayPal this year to collect credit card payments.  Checks, money orders or purchase orders should be made payable to Southern Placement Exchange. Without payment confirmation you will not have access to the website.  We encourage you to frequently check on the progress of the request.

Personal checks are accepted as payment from both employers and candidates for your registration.  Personal checks returned for insufficient funds will delay your registration until proper payment is made. Once you receive the confirmation email you will have access to the web site, including being able to edit any information you submitted, arrange interviews, and view listings.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 non refundable processing fee.  Refunds will only be made for cancellations received before Friday January 11, 2008. All checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $15.00 charge.
